The Dome
And the jealousy continues...
Brody got to go on a special tour of the Capitol Dome at work on Monday. "Special" as in, up up up in the top, right next to the "Apotheosis of Washington" mural, and then out onto the ledge outside. If you've read The Lost Symbol, he got to do what Robert Langdon does. In fact, if you are reading the book, these pictures will be super helpful at picturing what and where everything is. There is even a picture of the very center of the Rotunda floor where the little hole used to be down to the flame in the crypt.

that is awesome, and good for brody for taking pictures. he's looking a little chunky these days, he's hit his years of not being able to eat whatever he wants. :) anyway i am super jealous too, even if i haven't read the book.
