Ice Skating in the Sculpture Garden

Last week we took the Youth from our ward ice skating at the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden. It was so much fun and everything seemed to fall into place; the rain cleared up and the rink wasn't crowded at all.  It's located right on the mall with the National Archvies as a backdrop across Constitution Avenue, and the Washington monument and Capitol Dome glowing in the distance. The kids all seemed to have a great time and I completely fell in love with the rink.
