You guys....Honeycrisp apples are in season now!  I was so excited when I saw them at my grocer yesterday. We had a tree in my parents backyard when I was growing up, so not only are they incredibly delicious, they're wonderfully nostalgic for me. Like a sweet little taste of childhood.
