The Final Countdown!!!

Ok people, we are only days away from All Hallows Eve and i am really starting to get excited!!! What other holiday allows you to get decked out in costume, get free candy from your neighbors, spend ridiculous amounts of money on haunted houses and basically just ring in the holiday season?!?

As an aside to my previous post, Logan has sportingly decided to be Mouth in our Goonies assemble. Mouth was the one who was immortalized by none other than 80's superstar Corey Hart. Now we just need our Bran....(Nate?). But i digest...it was a fun-filled weekend. Friday night Megan and i had a little DI shop-a-thon, it was fantastic , i found a dress for my costume, and managed to scrounge up an amazing trench and dress for everyday use. Then we went to Gepetto's with Brody, James and Logan. The atmosphere was great but the food was a little lacking.

Saturday (Happy Birthday Megan!!!) my family did a murder mystery for Lacey's birthday and it was a blast! Brody unfortunately got shot after the first act, but luckily got to play the Sheriff after. We both figured out who the real murderer was and Brody even won the Mr. Moneybags award for blackmailing everyone out of their money. Lacey put together this amazing slide show. Enjoy!



Oh and here is the cast. If you know my family you know how competitive we all are, it was hilarious. If you get the chance, i highly recommend participating in one!
