Oh ya know, just CNN

Cute sister Williams handing out programs (she is a 94-year-old convert who just went through the temple a couple of weeks ago!)

A couple of weeks ago, we walked into our sacrament meeting for church to find a few CNN camera's waiting.... The church's public affairs office had arranged the whole thing and gotten special permission from the First Presidency to film during sacrament. It was kind of crazy, but exciting to see how much interest there is in the church lately (thanks in large part to Mitt Romney, The Book of Mormon on broadway, and the "I'm a Mormon" ads).

Sister Kamosi (she has the most beautiful speaking voice and accent)

"The scene at a Mormon congregation here on recent Sunday would surprise
Americans who think of Mormons as young white missionaries in stiff white
shirts wearing nametags...

...On this sunday the sacrament - what Mormons call the remembrance of the
Last Supper, and what other Christians call Communion - is said in French, a nod
to the area's burgeouning West African population.

It is not a special multicultural celebration Sunday. For this growing Mormon congregation in northeast Washington, it's just another Sunday."
